Catherine + Daniel Winter Engagement | Durham Region Photographer

I had the pleasure of shooting Catherine and Daniel’s engagement session a couple weeks ago and I am so pumped to share it.
When we met to discuss different ideas for their shoot, above all, a wintry feel is what we were hoping for.
Mother nature did not disappoint! After a major snow dump and epic ice storm, wintry is what we were served!
Our first stop was at a natural skating rink that we managed to score all to ourselves. After a brief warm up over hot chocolate, we headed to our second location. Freezing rain starting coming down, but these two were up for anything and hardly noticed. We made our way through the slick ice covered snow as the crackling branches began to snap in the distance. It was pretty erie and my cue to wrap. C+D, thank you for being so amazing to work with, I am so excited for your winter wedding this November at the Palais Royale!
