Eric and Lorna were married at the Waterfront Bistro in Pickering surrounded by their closest family and friends. I kept in close contact with Lorna throughout the planning process, and under such a tight timeline (she did it all in just 4 months!), I was thoroughly impressed by how calm and collected she remained with all the last minute details. I just loved the way this DIY bride pulled together all of the little touches to compliment their beautiful pastel colour palette. I knew her laid back attitude could also handle the weather we were faced with for their afternoon nuptials; Hail, snow, rain and strong winds carried through the entire day! Really mother nature??! We did not get a break on the weather front, but managed to sneak outside to take a couple of shots before we almost lost a veil and then bolted back inside. Thanks for being so great to work with Eric and Lorna. You are a great example for the rest of us to not sweat the small stuff. I’m looking forward to our trash the dress session this summer, and have my fingers crossed for much nicer weather. Congratulations! X
